After decades of effort, the voluntary, collaborative approach to restoring the health and vitality of the Chesapeake Bay— the largest estuary in the United States—has not worked and, in fact, is failing. A diverse group of 57 senior scientists and policymakers have joined forces to save the Bay. This is our plan.

Bob Parks

Bob Parks has been Executive Director of the Chester River Association (CRA) since December 2005. He came to CRA from the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, where he served as a development officer. He has had nonprofit experience as a consultant and as an executive director and has had extensive management experience at IBM. Bob has a B.S. and an M.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
